Reliance’s Jio Studios Acquires Majority Stake in Sikhya Entertainment

Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has acquired a 50.1% equity stake in Sikhya Entertainment Private Limited for an aggregate cash consideration of ₹150 crore. The transaction, completed on 3rd February 2026, involves a mix of primary and secondary investments and further strengthens the media and content ambitions of Jio Studios.
